As you are aware, we recently experienced an issue that disrupted our 4G network. To say sorry for the impact this caused you, and as a gesture of goodwill, we’re offering you free data all weekend. From 12.01am on Saturday 24th April to 11.59pm on Sunday 25th April, you’ll get free data to use on your mobile phone plan, mobile broadband plan or prepaid service. We apologise for the impact of this outage and promise to learn from this to build even more resilience into our network.
