$200 trade in offer for s21 and $400 for s21 ultra. so doesn't work out to be better value

So you do get the $400 bonus on the S21 base, but it still works out better @ edu store. Just
They will try to knock the value down anyways, I traded two very good condition phones before and only got max trade value for one, micro scratches was the reason to halve the value of the other.

Not really, you're trading in say an s10 that is worth $400ish on the used market. I'd say this is better unless you were trading in a decent condition s7.

$50 from signing up to their e-mail newsletter, you should near the bottom of your screen.
You can stack the $200 and the trade in, I did it on the weekend

On a side note, this is why I'm still using Samsung phones even though there's apple or even mi 11 ultra. Can't beat the depreciated price…

I've heard dual physical sim is possible in some NZ models. Otherwise you'll have to go grey market.

I got my S21 128gb for $194 only.
Traded my pixel 4 for $205 + $500 trade in bonus. And got a discount of $200 from Samsung customer care.
Didn't used the Samsung education store account.
So eventually got $1099 phone for $194.
Unfortunately, after my purchase, my mate went on to do that, he got the $200 discount code from customer care however now he wasn't able to apply the code while trading up his old phone.
So, I guess I got lucky with that one.

I think Samsung should reconsider making their trade in bonus a permanent thing. That would be a very smart move.

Dammit, only just bought the s21 256gb for about $1145 on the Gov store last week.
Contacted their support and they won't refund the difference, can return it as it's unopened and get another.
