Good deal but only because it's free.
FF is the worst gym you can go to. I go to the one in Rockdale.
It takes me 10 mins to find parking and a small 30 minute workout take more than an hour because of waiting times for machines and some people are obsessed with the mirror.
I have a friend that works there and he told me that Rockdale has 2000 active members and 6000 inactive members.
FF Rockdale might be the worst gym ever for you but have you been to other FF? I visit the one at Fivedock which is better than the Jets and PlusFitness I've been to. I think it really comes down to the members who use the gym regularly.
