• Been using this ever since the CamScanner breach. Pretty good and works as described with decent sharing options (PDF, JPG, share to OneDrive, multiple page PDF's etc.)

Just use apple’s notes app to scan documents instead of downloading this other unnecessary software

How do you install Apple Notes on Android?

    • Buying an Apple phone is not an alternative to this free Android app lmao

Been using Microsoft Lens and it's always free. Also I believe many Android phones have this function built in now…

Yep, Google Drive app has had this functionality for years, and it's always been free and really simple to use. Automatic perspective correction makes scanning easy and Google's built in OCR means you can search your docs in Drive. Not sure why you'd use anything else tbh.

      • What if you are scanning sensitive docs and don't want them on the public cloud?

      • Not sure why you'd use anything else tbh.

Some people don't want to give their data to Microsoft / Google.

  • Damn, I thought this app gave free Medical Advice.
