Unless you are going for a triple monitor setup maybe? I'm personally not a fan of curved monitors, but I can see people wanting it for that
Will the triple monitor setup make it a perfect semi circle? If the curvature do not match, it will be much more horrible.
Not really warranted for small size screen, but 32" and over is necessary and looks great, otherwise the corners are too far away and it's a bit weird using them. Doesn't need to be a perfect circle but can test either way.
true, i bought one, and to be honest, don't really care for the curve, but the specs were the best i could find sub $200
and I always thought that dell monitor models were named:
X(family) + XX(screen size) + XX(year of release) + (whatever indications of variations)
which makes this a model released in.. 2022?
either it travelled back a year in a time machine, which it certainly looks like
or it's so ahead of its time that we're about to be blown away by its performance, to recover only around 2022
Must've been scheduled for 2022 release i guess, pretty sure its' a brand new model, as there's barely any information out about it, happy to report on mine when it arrives, already have a S2721Q and i love it, insane value, hopefully this one is similarly impressive!
This is pretty common for Dell monitors. The S2721DGF was released in 2020 (first posted onto OzB here)

so can't mount these to a monitor mount? since theres no way to attach it at the back
According to the specifications listed on DisplaySpecifications, there is VESA 100x100 mount compatibility
From my experience with my Dell monitors (P2210), the mounting holes are hidden behind where the stand attaches to the monitor body.

Also consider the Samsung 24" Curved monitor for about $149 at HN, Officeworks, Goodguys, Bing Lee, JB Hifi.
Seems strange to put a curve on a 24" screen, not big enough to warrant it.
