  Instead of buying fabric softener, use vinegar as a fabric softener. It sounds crazy and no your clothes won't smell like vinegar. It also stops the build up of softener sludge and residue in your washing machine. Been using vinegar for years now and it's so much better.

      In the fabric softener compartment, don't put in the regular wash part especially if you use napisan, it will react fast!
