Sorry I only know of the ACT, Belconnen Leading Edge Video Store. As it says, you pay $10 and every movie, DVD or Blue-ray, is $1 for a whole month. I think it's a bargain and better then most places.

It's normally 2 movies for $9, which is what I usually get at a time. So if you only get 4 movies in a month, that's a saving of $5. Say 2 movies every weekend (4x2 = 8 movies), that's a saving of $18… Not to bad if you ask me.

Check your local store for this deal. No extra paperwork or fancy payment options, just pay your $10 next time you are in and you get 30 days from that date and no lock in crap… pay it again in 30 days time or when ever after that and way you go for another 30 days.

There is no website for this deal as it's only in store that I know of… I'm just a happy customer spreading the word :)

    Since moving to Canberra I haven't even joined my local Video Ezy… so I doubt I could be bothered with this deal. Good if you still hire movies I guess.

    (I preferred to pay $10 for Green Lantern on Bluray and rent a DVD for $1).

      That's good, I prefer to watch a movie and hand it back, if I like it then I might consider buying it, but that's not often.

    Leading edge braybrook vic has $1 tuesdays.
    All bd, dvd and tv shows $1, get as many as you want, new, weekly etc.

    (No games though)

    Apparently Civic Video in Tuggeranong has biggest range in ACT. I know it's southside vs your northside location, but they have $1 Thursdays… and Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesdays they have $2 hires.

    When you factor in the $10 you have to pay every month, unless you're hiring a lot of movies its actually chaper to just go elsewhere and wait for the specials days. Plus, what's their range like?

    Not having a go, I'm genuinely interested. I have memberships at Blockbuster Conder and Civic Tuggeranong…. and between them I get pretty good rates and very good range.

      he's right, civic video Tuggeranong is pretty much the biggest collection movie rental store in ACT.

      Yeh, I'm not driving an extra 25 min to get there.

      I'm talking weekend hire times, I rarely hire on a Mon, Tue, Wed or even Thurs, but if that's you then yeh that's better then this. Weekend seems to be the only time I hire and this deal is pretty good for that… over night releases that is.

      Not sure on the range… looks ok
