    damn m2 so cheap~

  • damn.
I want to order 2 of the SN550 but looks to be limit 1 per order/customer.
also came up as 116.10 delivered for me. was indeed free shipping and 10% off.

    • Just put in two orders?

  • +12

Wow, amazing price on the SN550, and the MX Master 3 price looking hot as well!

I just got the MX Master 3 from OW at $106.88, utterly bitterly disappointed that it was 1c more expensive than anticipated but oh well..

    • Can you please share the receipt for me to try a JB HiFi price match? Many thanks.

  • This is a fantastic mouse. It's recommended.

    OOS for mouse

    • Seems to be back in stock now :)

    • Still in stock. I managed to grab one.

  • Good deal on the Logitech MX Master 3. Kogan has the MX Master 2S (older version has plastic and rubber wheel as the biggest difference) for $92+del if looking for another option today.

Also, the Logitech K860 ergonomic keyboard has typically only been available at Amazon for $350 (apart from one deal at $240 via Amazon US). A container must have arrived in AU as it is in stock at JB Hifi for $229, and stores like Mwave for $229+del or EYO for ~$218+del. If anyone has been looking for one of these its apparently the best wireless ergonomic keyboard in the market at the moment

    • For the difference in price there's no competition - the MX Master 3 is in a different league. Infinite scroll is the future.

      • As in no friction and set it free spinning? There is a button on my MX 2c for that. Did it change with the 3?

  • Never seen MX 3 on sale.

    • always, on release, about 3 weeks i got one for $116 at the time.

    • +1

This is a great price but it's been discounted 11 times this year so far

  • What is up with mouse prices? Is it just me to think they are just way overpriced?
Bought 2 G602 6 years ago at $70 (1 went to the wife) and I still haven't seen a reason to replace it, as in I wouldn't mind upgrading but features and price wise not sure there's much out there.
    Open to suggestions.

    • +1

They are way over-priced (except when on run-out)

On the other hand, I'm just now replacing a logitech MX1100 I bought in 2009 because the left mouse button is wearing out. So that thing only cost me about $10/year if I replace it with the MX master 3.

      • +1

$5 for a replacement switch and good for 10 more years?

        • +1

          Hadn't thought of DIY.

Amazon also has a basics mouse which is basically a 100% ripoff of the logitech MX1100 https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Full-Size-Ergonomic-Wire…

        • Is there a replacement? Woman dropped her mouse few times moving the laptop and such.
Now when you left click it sometimes double clicks. So I'm in the market for new one, tho if I can fix it for few bucks I'm all for it! Nothing else wrong with it.
She's been a sneaky lil shit and swapped mouses, and I'm not having any of it lol.

Any chance I could get a link+more info about these switches? Cheers

          • @Steakz: Logitech has 2-3 years warranty, check it first, otherwise search Logitech switch on AliExpress.

            • @Richardc: Depends on the model. Some of them are 1 year now, including this one, and the MX Anywhere 3 (and 2S). Basically anything with a built-in rechargeable battery. I'd check the box or specifications page carefully.

              • @happychappy1: That's too short for a such expensive mouse, hope ACL can do something after 1 year.

    • I bought the Anywhere 2S for $59 and I thought I paid too much. Last mouse I bought before that was a logitech M557 for $15 back when DSE was still around.

      • Don't look at my mouse collection….
Or keyboard collection for that matter…

Price =/= quality alright and better performance!

I did buy the bundle of the MX keys and MX master 3 when they released as it was the only way to get the MX master 3 as it was OOS everywhere, $350 but I got the $50 wrist rest for free so win?!

    • For something I literally use every day this thing is worth the cost. The infinite scroll feature is one of those "no going back" things once you've used it.

      Plus 70 days battery life.

  • Mouse size is subjective — correction — humans are subjective.. but this was too huge of a mouse for me. Had to return it and am very happy now with my MX Anywhere 3. Great deal though, got it for something similar to this at the time.

    • +1

I think this matters to me. Anyone else thing this one is just too big and better to go with nx anywhere? What features do you miss?

      • For me the Anywhere is way too small. I just carry my MX Master in my backpack. I use the 1st gen.

      • Yeah whether you get this mouse or the Anywhere depends mainly on one factor..

-What style of mouse gripping you do
The Master is great for palm grip - full contact, hugging the mouse. If you use the claw grip, you might find yourself not being able to click properly due to how close you are to the lever. By contrast, the Anywhere is excellent for claw grip because the M1/M2 buttons are integrated into the entire top of the mouse so the fulcrum/lever is further back.

    • I've heard this a few times, stopped me from grabbing one despite how amazing it is meant to be, realised that I really prefer smaller mice for the claw grip style of use.
Ordered the MX anywhere today, can't wait to give it a go.

    • I love the Anywhere mouse, sad that 3 removing the left and right scroll, meaning 2 fewer buttons for me to utilise on my finger.

  • How is this free delivery? Ten bucks delivery when I add it to cart

    • Double check the Discounts Applied in the cart, does it show as "LGTCH_100_FS LGTCH_100_FS" or a similar code to reduce the shipping cost?

      • Yes I see it. Thanks ow wouldnt price match without adding delivery

  • Couldn't resist the SN550 deal, thanks for the heads up!

  • 550 or 750?

My use case is to store recent photos and videos while they are likely to be edited, before I archive them onto the NAS.

My boot drive is a 500gb Evo 750 plus.

    • 550 should be more than enough, at this price it’s pretty irresistible. You won’t notice a $43 difference. Either is leaps and bounds over the Evo 750 Plus. I’d say you should stick to a mid range NVME like the SN550 and when PCIe 4.0 SSDs go mainstream and reduce in price you should upgrade to one of them.

  • +2

Sn550 is low key post of the day for 116/117 including payment fee

  • For $12 more Amazon is probably a better option than trying to deal with Shopping Express.

  • +1

I love this mouse, have one for work and home and its seriously awesome for both productivity and general browsing.

    • Hands down the best productivity mouse. Excellent connectivity. Dongle or Bluetooth pair to 3 different devices and easy to switch between them. The scroll wheel is bliss with 2 modes - can't do it just with words, check out the reviews. Very comfortable grip for large hands. People with smaller hands may not find this mouse the best size. The Logitech software works well on a Mac and gives you very good control and configurability over the wheels and buttons.

  • +3

It appears the mouse provides free shipping on everything ordered st the same time. I added a 32 inch monitor and shipping was free for everything

    • order some bricks just to get good value from the free shipping

    • +1

Yep, ordered the mouse, ryzen 5 3600 + b450 motherboard bundle, ram, sn550 and got free shipping for all. Expensive day today, but not a bad bday pressy for myself.

  • SN550 showing out of stock after adding to cart

  • It looks like the insurance (for shipping) is free as well for the mouse.

  • +1

I have the 2S version, its a really good mouse!!!!!! I am sure 3 is amazing!

  • 10% off is 1 use only? I no longer have it.

  • I bought the Master 3 a while back and was really disappointed with the lag when using bluetooth. Tried a couple laptops (include a surface) and bluetooth dongle on PC and for me there was definitely a perceptible lag. I tried the included wireless dongle and works fine but still annoyed since i wanted to be able to switch between computers easily using bluetooth. I did some research and found other people having issues too. Also the scroll wheel is nice but again, it's responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired and yes it's not just me you can search for it and it looks like it comes down to the new electromagnetic mechanism. If you scroll up and down really fast it is not as reactive even when compared to a cheap MS mouse. For most cases if you don't make very sudden or quick movements on the scroll it feels fine - i've tested it by simply flicking my finger up and down as fast as i can and on a cheap wired mouse, you can see the scroll bar keep up but with the MX3, the scroll bar almost stays still, just jitters up and down slightly indicating its not as responsive and can't keep up. Hate to be a downer but these (small?) issues disappointed me for a mouse of this price. I've used MS mice and never has such issues. Would be interested to hear other peoples experience of these issues.

    • +1

I use the Master 3 for hours every day, often scrolling through huge PDF files quickly. There's no issues with responsiveness for me. I also had both generations before this for years and there isn't a difference.

It's probably your PC's bluetooth. I have problems when connecting to my onboard bluetooth with mouses.

      • Same. Bought it as soon as it came out.

      • I recall having an issue like that years ago only on Web browser. IIRC I changed a registry key and it fixed it. Long shot if you want to google it

    • -3

I agree that the electromagnetic mechanism forces you to employ a different style of scrolling. Honestly if I could get an MX Master /MX Anywhere/Any Logi mouse with EasySwitch that just used a cheapo dell scroll wheel I'd pay extra for it. Even the triathlon has this new scroll-wheel. I am grateful we can disable SmartShift. I have my ratcheting force set to maximum.

I love how Logitech is experimenting with new things, but honestly it just backfires and puts a huge asterisk on some of their best products.

Another example is how the Logitech MX Keys, a truly excellent chiclet keyboard reminiscent of my Mac, has this annoying hand-proximity-detection feature which lights up the keyboard if it detects your hand above it, electrostatically. Only issue is it is poorly designed and turns on sporadically and seemingly randomly, even if your leg gets close under the table. Having said that though, Logi is apparently shipping me a brand new one without requiring replacement, so I still rate them.

      • I have my ratcheting force set to maximum.

I don't think this is an actual setting?

        • -5

Whatever you want to call it mate. Scroll force, click resistance. Tomayto Tomahto, Comfortably numb, Pleasantly Desensitised. Imagine nitpicking.

          • @KeplersLaws: There's no setting that lets you do any of that. https://i.imgur.com/jvj8T1f.png

Imagine insulting someone for no reason.

            • -2

@[Deactivated]: I apologise. I mistakenly apprehended you as being pedantic. I was referring to the adjustable scroll resistance that comes with the Anywhere 3, which I was under the impression was also on the Master seeing as they are similar generation
