        hey mate…it won't help…EB games took too many pre orders, and Sony evenly dristributes to all retailers, they don't have a big one for fulfill all pre-orders….
        and it looks like EB stores will receive the same amount of orders no matter how many preorders in their store. My friend and I placed the order at the same time, he got it last Nov, and I am still waiting for it…

    I wish I waited for this version as I only ever buy a hand-full of games and having the ability to load 5 discs and have them automatically switch really is the icing on the cake.

    The past 3 BigW PS5 stock releases have been every 2 weeks on a Thursday at 9.40am. Got mine Thursday 4th Feb at 9.45. Seems to be a consistent release for BW.

        6-7 days….BigW will confirm the orders today. Take payment out of your bank tomorrow. Ship on Monday/Tuesday and orders recieved usually Wednesday or Thursday next week. 6-7 Days for me, shipping from Hoxton Park to Sydney metro.

    Before anyone asks I have both(copying comment from Xbox for more info here!)

    Xbox is leagues ahead of ps5 at this point. And recent comparisons have shown it being more powerful as developers get used to Xbox tools.

    Bethesda exclusive games, retroarch, Forza, halo infinite, gears of war all great games. Never been a better time to own an Xbox

        The kotaku link was praising the Xbox series X/S for the ability to play older games.

        Halo and Gears of War are nothing compared to their original trilogy's, quality is lower in the last games, and after Skyrim, Bethesda didn't make any outstanding game, future will tell tho.

        Both machines are great and comparisons show that both have pros and cons.

        To each person which one they prefer.

      Now we just need an xbox with PS games, until then it's moot for most. The only good thing about xbox is it looks better IMO. Still current games are running better on PS5, and that will only get better on both as we have seen historically by all game consoles.

      Also not exclusive, you can get them on PC FYI.

      No one is buying the ps5 for it's hardware performance, they are buying for its games.

      Especially when a lot of people are also into pc gaming.

      PS5 + PC is the way to go

          It's a great co-op game just because I don't go by metacritic (which is a terrible metric).

          And I do own both in face I have more ps5 games then Xbox series X but play the X much more because game pass and the achievement system is much much better. Also quick resume.

          Ps5 does have a better UI and controller but that's about it and we are about to see a big difference in graphics and resolution

      My credit cards got rejected by the credit card securities team - as such, I couldn't make the purchase on the first few attempts. I assume Paypal would've failed for me too if attempting to use the blocked credit card.

      It does that when the traffic load is OTT. It did it to me back in February, and I just held it in the cart until it cleared my postcode for delivery. If you get one in your cart, leave it there, dont back out.
