Ridge Ryder Deluxe Gazebo 3 X 3m $129.99 (Was $199.99) + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Supercheap Auto

310

Looks exactly the same as my Oztrail, seems to have good reputation.

Built from tough polyester, the canopy in this Ridge Ryder gazebo is bound to keep the party going. This large 3 metre by 3 metre gazebo gives great shade and weather shielding for the occupants. The system is built with high quality legs and struts, which can be adjusted into three height positions with ease. The super strong canopy also features roof vents, allowing hot air to escape on those warm summer days. This Ridge Ryder gazebo also collapses down into a small wheeled bag, which is also included in the package.

Features

  • Tough 420D polyester fabric, silver backed UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) 50+ resists sun damage
  • Finger friendly push button frame lock mechanism for easy deconstruction
  • Push up roof construction keeps fabric tight and reduces movement
  • Heavy duty legs and struts with sturdy hammertone finish frame
  • Compact wheeled carry bag for easy transport and storage
  • Guy ropes and pegs included
  • Base dimensions: 3 x 3m (peak height 3.3m)

  • Is this the best price ever? Any feedback please
    Thank you

    • As per reviews, Packed length is 1.6m which doesn’t fit in most SUVs unless you fold 1 seat in back row.

    • With a 10% off gift card from entertainment book it is a really good price. I've had both oztrail and Supercheap gazebo. Both broke. I think oztrail is better if you're using the walls as it has hooks in upper corners whereas the Supercheap only had Velcro squares which didn't cut it. Frame is same. Roof similar but SC had air vents which didn't seem to do anything. I'm currently using an oztrail commercial…
Rain wrecked mine in a crazy 5 min downpour. My other Supercheap one ripped first use, where you strap it to the frame, with the mildest of breezes which really annoyed me but then it died a horrible death also.

  • This has a long bag compared to Anaconda, BCF options, but the builder quality is superior. Look at the reviews on supercheap.

I've had this for years. Highly recommended. Very high quality, the fly is actually waterproof and features a good size gusset to prevent it from blowing away. I recently got a couple of side walls too which transform it into an extra room entirely.

  • How does this compare to KINgZ gazebo??

    Cheers

This vs the aldi one for sale now? (NSW) $99

I looked at these over Christmas and general consensus is that quality is good. I ended up buying an oztent screen house, but would choose the Ridge Ryder over the Aldi one. This review was helpful

Don't get the Aldi, both my friend and I have had one each and both have broken. The material ripped in multiple place on his and mine buckled and one of the arms is broke. Better off spending more and having the product last much longer. This was just through a few camping trips and medium winds, light rain.

Saw this one when I went hunting for the misses. Instore is was actually priced at $69

    • How does it pack down and does it come with a wheeled case?

    • hunting for the misses

      I hope she's a prized catch 🤣

    • It's now $99

      It was $69 last night

      Feel betrayed :)

  • Bought one last week and took it out for the first time this weekend. Frame is good quality. The canopy feels thin, but I'm encouraged by the feedback here.

  • looks the same quality of kings except more $ ?

  • I do recommend this gazebo, had it for a while and still steady as new. Yes, it is pretty long when packed up.

  • I needed a replacement roof ($99 at Supercheap) for my old gazebo. At this price buying a new gazebo is a better option.

  • Has anyone left one of these up in their backyard until it broke? If so how long until it broke?

    • +1

      I have the same plan:)

    • Wind taking it is far more likely to finish it than weathering failure. They take off like kites with a good gust.

    • If you are leaving it up for a while - you are better off with either:
      A. Hydroflow - so the rain doesn't pool
      B. The ones with airvents at the top, so the wind doesn't blow it over and buckle your frame: edit this one does have that - so good

  • Ive seen this brand used by shady sellers at flea markets so they must be good.
