Parallels Desktop is still regular price but is currently including a bunch of other software until the end of the month. This works with any license - ie upgrade, subscription and Pro are all eligible.

1Password families is normally $60 a year by itself, but if you are in the small group of people who are looking at buying parallels (or need to upgrade because you are now using Big Sur), and need to get off the sinking LastPass ship (https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/what-can-i-expe…), this is a decent option. Note that the 1password offer seems to be for new accounts only

      You can opt for a subscription instead (which is $71.45) - Apple has a major update for their Mac OS roughly every 12 months anyway.

    Probably should mention the currency and new/upgrade license.

    Also, most if not all the included free service subscriptions are only for new accounts only.

    seriously don't use parallel , it is a killer for your machine. Rather just buy an another desktop for windows.

      So is vmware for non-commercial use (for windows at least, haven't looked for other OS's).

      VMware and virtualbox are pretty much industry standard, I've never heard of parallels.

        Parallels is hugely well known and regarded for emulation on Mac. I’d go so far to say it’s generally the choice that’s deemed the better one performance wise between it and VMWare, although VM Ware going free arguably changed things recently due to the high value proposition.

      Yes, but you need to install an ARM-based copy of windows on it.
