  • if someone knows cheap phone cover, screen protector/tempered glass/ydrogel for it please share details, thank you.

Had look for some on eBay (Australian located sellers only) cheapest being 8.95 case and 5.95 tempered glass

      Have you tried ali express?

        • +3

          Lol. Kk.

U either sacrifice time or sacrifice your money.

You cant have the cake and eat it too.

I've been using Aliexpress for 3 years now. 685 orders since then and not a single one has gone missing.

          • @11112007: Wow! They are some great odds there lol.

          • @11112007: surely there's something wrong, it is just not possible, that out of 600+ orders not a single one not received. i think i have placed like 30 till now and may be 18 not received from that website and some of them no refunds, have had to contact bank to get refund/chargeback

            • @USER DC: This is super unlucky …
I have placed like 400+ orders never have I had to ask for a refund.

You have to at least read reviews and there are 1000+ over sellers on the items you are looking for.
              Buyers have to be smart.

And to blame on that website and saying it is unreliable, ermmm i guess it is not fair.

              • @froddoog: yeah may be I'd always for the cheapest item on aliexpress that too only one with free shipping. so yeah i guess risk goes up. but i always see something like shipment cancelled or stuff just doesnt arrive after coming to Australia a lot of times

                • @USER DC: Yea I do understand that, sometimes I keep telling myself to stay away from those sellers that do not have any reviews/ratings.

    • cheapest being 8.95 case and 5.95 tempered glass

Those aren't cheap enough for you?

  • Any other phone better in this price range?

    • would not be a 5g one at least one being sold in Australia,
otherwise you can try bangood or gearbest or something like those websites

Poco X3. Although Poco X3 doesn't have 5G it's better in most other aspects including long term support. This phone will only receive Android 11 update and that's it, that's very poor in term of support because it's released when Android 11 already launched. X3 at least will get Android 12 despite being older.

The OnePlus Nord will get Android 12 if I remember correctly and only 8/8T will get Android 13.

        Yep, X3.
After going from an Oppo A52 to X3 I couldn't go back.
X3 seems so much more responsive.
Memory and SD7xx vs 6xx and $100 more I guess but can't praise X3 enough.

        • SD690 on the OnePlus is on par with SD732G on the X3, with a slightly weaker GPU (hence lower refresh rate screen).
The issue is the rest, you get 90Hz LCD instead of 120Hz LCD on X3.
You have worse dual speaker (not as loud).
          You have worse build quality.
You have smaller battery (4300 vs 5000).
You have less support than X3 and this is huge.
Can't comment on camera quality as both can easily port GCam.
X3 has dedicated Dual SIM + SD Card, not hybrid dual SIM.

        • where is X3 $100 cheaper , i see $300 most place

  • Does VOLTE work on these phones

Don't buy from skyphonez aka hamza majeed. This guy is dodgy af selling grey imports and doing other sketchy stuff. I happened to have fallen in his trap once buying a first gen Oneplus Nord. He listed the item on ebay advertising it as AC2003 (EU version with B28) but the one I received was AC2001 (India version without B28). Other people must of fallen victims to this scammer too >> https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/341074?page=1#comment-5279…

    • Thanks for info

    • thanks for letting us know will definitely record the unboxing and stuff too

  • good price

  • There's a VERY good chance this phone does NOT have band 28. Majority of Nord phones advertised are the India AC2001 version.

    • can someone please clarify me that there's only one nord n10 5g phone variant, if i am no wrong??

      • Apologies. I was commenting on my experience with the Nord, not the Nord N10.
As far as I can tell there is only 1 model on Nord N10, the BE2029.

  • Mine came fine sealed packaging. Phone looks fine, although have not really tested 5G will test 5G later during the week

AND IT was the correct model number too BE2029

  • can confirm it has 5g (used on optus network) with max 320 Mb down in st clair area
