Hi there unfortunately we don't have warehouse address in India yet:)

warning all parcels are forwarded via HK, which has more restricted import/export rules.
it has more forbidden items in the list, compared with post office shipmate.

    • Agree with this. For example, won't ship anything with an internal battery. Rules out a lot of items these days. Shipito, MYUS , Planet express, Shopmate all do. Does have some use for items outside the US.

    • They restrict things that aren't on their list also and then charge you storage and return fees. I enquired to you and they didn't care at all fobbing me off.

  • No cubic size pricing? Is that normal?

I'm always afraid of forwarders either being too lazy to consolidate to reduce the cubic size. So someone with only weight based pricing would be good

    • Myus is the same and they tell you what is restricted (complete list and don't get add things) and seem to be more professional.Their rating just complain they are slow (being Myus). Still better than risking your package with this mob

    • Hi there, we usually charge a flat rate of A$22 for the first 2lb and A$10 per lb after the first 2lb as we trust this makes the shipping fee calculation much easier for everyone :) We only charge based on cubic size if your shipment is oversized.

  • Be careful with these guys. Their prohibited items catalog is a joke and I decided to enquire about sending Vape Juice before getting it sent there. They basically said we don't deal with it and would refuse to pass it on. I asked why it isn't covered in their prohibited items list and they responded with, we don't post that. They don't bother listing things, but yet refuse to deal with them. Just expect that they will restrict items not listed and charge you to return to sender. Their customer support is a joke as well

  • Do you ship stuff with a wireless charger in it?

    • Hi there as long as the product doesn't involve battery it is ok; you may also send the product link to our customer service representative via the live chat on our site or Facebook so we can help double-check for you:)

  • Hangin out for another $22-off deal like the last one before I sign up…..
