Want one but I just won't deal with Banggood no way.

Buy Oppo A52 from officeworks for $213 after price match. u get same specs

    • +2

Oppo A52 is 64GB this is 128GB. Not the same.

    • +2

      this is 120htz screen

    • +1

Oppo has 4 gb ram compared to 6gb in Poco X3. This may matter for some for multitasking and running memory intensive apps.

But yeah, with oppo, you'd get 2 yrs local warranty vs Banggood's drama.

SD665 vs SD720 which is a faster, more efficient SD730. Literally twice as fast if you use Antutu Score, or 40-50% faster on Geekbench.
      4GB RAM vs 6GB RAM
64GB Storage vs 128GB Storage (not sure if Oppo is UFS2.1 also)
      60Hz vs 120HZ screen
13mp old sensor vs newer 64mp sensor

Oppo A52 is great budget phone with local warranty but can't compete specs wise.

The Oppo A52 is not even in the same ballpark compared to the Poco X3.
Better CPU, memory, cameras, display and it's Xiaomi quality.. even without warranty, you're unlikely to have issues. Awesome phone.

you can use memory card for this price
or you wont get Australian 2yrs warranty and you have to wait 1 to 2 months for your shipping
    completely up to u

    • If you're happy to go the Oppo route, get the Oppo A72 then. Same as the A52 but with 128GB RAM.

If you want to wait 5 weeks for it to ship like I'm doing since the last deal, then this might be a good deal.

Maybe in stock the 15th Feb - never thought a case from aliexpress would best this phone to AU but it will!

Same here, ordered 2-3 weeks ago and then they tell me they're actually out of stock?? I'm waiting with you brother.

      • Got tracking number from my order on the 20th Jan with expected delivery by 19th February. Was delivered today. And quite happy with the phone so far

        • Happy for you man. Unfortunately mine ordered 19th Jan says expected to ship by 4th March :/

          • @DJTofi: Shipping seems to be all over the place at present with Banggood - I ordered 20th Jan too and it was showing last night as 17th Feb but now its back to shipping 31st Jan….. Don't know what thte issue is but seriously do not want it to take until 4th March

Or $349 from Amazon and you can return it if there's a problem. https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08G9N272T/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_f…

I paid $341 for a 64gb a few days before the 128gb goes on sale for this price.. ☹️ it was even cheaper a few days ago for the black 128gb model.

    • UK version does not have call recording.

      • How do I turn that on?

        • Its region locked. Get the International version instead.

          • @fatice: Any idea if bangood s has phone recording?
Is there a good reliable way to get phone recording onto my redmi note 9 Pro?

            • @StopSpending: Call recording is in most of the International ROM from Xiaomi. (You can always say the CCP wants to know what groceries you buy everyday)

Those ROMs that have a specific target region will add/remove the feature depending on the local law.

Adding a third-party app to record the call will have a beep in a set interval and the sound quality is not like the build-in version.

  • From item listing… "Expected to ship before Feb 16"

Good luck if you take up this deal, I paid for mine 20th Jan and Bangood haven't shipped it yet , this is what they sent me 2 days ago
" Thank you for ordering with us. We're sorry to inform you that your product is taking longer than expected to restock because of excessive demand.
We are putting pressure on the factory to produce urgently. We will ship it as soon as the goods arrive."

    • For new orders the website is saying "Expected to ship before Mar 4", unlike other phones that ship immediately.
