    But the product is ginger which is most likely from China (too cheap to be real ginger)

      Someone said here before: Xiaomi phones are too cheap to use real Snapdragon.
      If you've been paying real ginger for lobster price here, you might not know how much finer sold in the rest of world.

        It's about A$5 per kilogram, half the price for the new shoot in Beijing markets last month, which was twice the price than before.
        It's about A$1 kg wholesale from farmers direct.

  Holy moly! Ginger is $50/kg at Woolworths at the moment. I bought a little jar last week because it’s just too high. 1.1kg for a bit over 3 bucks, that’s insane.
