Yep, also a 3060 Ti build for just over $100 more here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/600647
No deal.
Comparing Dell to "bpctech".
Tbf, comparing a desktop pc to a desktop pc
It's not like Dell makes quality products beyond some of their XPS lineup.
I would take the Dell any day of the week, those prebuilt PCs are cheap for a reason.
Gtx 1650
Would this be suitable or overkill for video editing?
Just Suitable.
why would you even put GTX 1650 as a deal when 3070 with few hundred $ more out!!!! no thanks
Joke post?
Not everyone is computer-savvy so I wouldn't call it a joke post. Possible that they looked at the list price of AU
$2,299.00reduced by 21% off down to $1,799.00 and then thought it was a good deal when there's a coupon that brings it further down to $1400.To the untrained eye a price reduction of $899 dollars from "Recommend Retail Price" on a computer seems like an amazing deal but not to the population of people who builds their own PC's and roughly knows how much they should pay for each component.
Heart's in the right place but people should avoid posting deals they may not be familiar with.
I know a PS4 for $199 is a bargain but Protein supplements for $199 may not be.
PS4 = Protein Shake 4 scoops? No deal :)
They did have this one which is almost identical in the specs but with a different case:
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Dell-Inspiron-Desktop-Intel-Core…Which if you pair it with 5% gift cards + 22% discount for plus members it brings it down to around $1100 which isn't a bad price.
Add another 8gb ram for around $30 from MSY and you have pretty much the same as the one listed in this post.
Apparently this deal back $1999

https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/600086It's fairly well hidden in the title so it's easily missed.
Yes, you're right. thank you
Get ready to use the warranty. Unreliable POS PC.
FYI, for $500 extra this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/600086 may be worth considering since it comes with a RTX3070 and 1TB SSD + 2TB HDD?
