lol gotta love ozbargain, we are a ruthless bunch. For those who havent been around a while, these deals pop up every 1-2 months and they are pretty much a scam because you cant do jack all with this 'vip pass' without paying their exorbitant paintball prices.
hmm price has gone down but only for select locations. Laser tag is much more fun for much cheaper
But you don't get to actually SHOOT people!

Laser tag is much more exhilarating but nothing goes past paintball for entertainment (okay there may be some things but paintball would probably have to be tops for something that can be done legally or publicly or both…)yes I know shooting paint bullets and seeing it splatter is pretty fun, but given the lack of creativity of paintball arenas( I was at this place in Europe where they were all modeled on CS maps), paintball here isn't as fun while laser tag is much more uncertain( flashing lights and darkness)

Ok as a PRO-paintballer i will tell you this is a rip off. They give you everything but paintballs. Call up the field right now and ask what they charge for additional paintballs. You will be paying $20 for every 100 shots. If you book with the field and don't use these cards you get free lunch with your package and for about $140 you will get 800-1500 shots including all the gear! these cards do nothing but obligate you to go because you spent money on them.
No one should be wasting their money on these things. they are just made to suck you in.
The two best fields in sydney are as follows:
Blacktown - ( pricey but great gameplay )
Actionpaintball ( More ammo for your $$ and best gear plus have great deals!)

On the ONE hand, I would have liked to see some landowners (read: farmers) get some rent on some of their less desirable (read: hilly, rocky, etc.) land…
On the OTHER hand, with all the REAL & DEADLY warfare to be seen or heard about, from places like Afghanistan, etc., WHO WOULD WANT TO PLAY SUCH A SILLY GAME, ie, all ISOLATED from the fresh air that being outdoors provides to the rest of us, not to mention good health. :-)

These coupons get you by charging you an arm and a leg for the paintballs, usually $50 for the first 100 and anywhere between $20-25 for each 100 thereafter.
The low cost for the coupon upfront suckers you in for the punch that is the cost of paintballs.
