The Offer only applies to eligible Amazon customers who have been invited by onsite marketing banner, by email or by push notification from Amazon…

    • +3

So many caveats we need some caviar.

If you have previously placed an order to an Amazon Hub (Locker or Counter) you are not eligible for the Offer.

      • +2

I don’t have the app (so no push notifications) also did not get an email. But when I checked as per OP’s description, I was eligible 😊

        • +2

          Me too, exactly.

          • @Yola: I’m assuming you never used their hub pick up service?

            • @RobBoss: Correct.

              • @Yola: That’s probably why, I used their pickup services way too many times

The Offer only applies to eligible Amazon customers who have been invited by onsite marketing banner, by email or by push notification from Amazon, have visited the landing page whilst logged into their Amazon account, made and picked up their first order to an Amazon Hub (Locker or Counter) between 20 January, 2021 until on 19 March, 2021. If you have previously placed an order to an Amazon Hub (Locker or Counter) you are not eligible for the Offer.
The Offer is subject to availability and is only available to the first 1,000 eligible customers to claim the Offer.
The Offer cannot be transferred to another customer account.
Each eligible Amazon customer may claim a maximum of one Offer.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
For the purpose of these terms and conditions an "eligible purchase" refers to the purchase of any product shipped and sold by Amazon AU on amazon.com.au or Amazon app and excludes products sold by third party sellers (even if fulfilled by Amazon AU or shipped and sold by Amazon US or Amazon UK), digital purchases such as e-books, subscriptions such as Prime Video and Audible, gift cards and postage or delivery rates. *Amazon's standard delivery rates and policies apply to any purchase made pursuant to the offer.
If you qualify for the Offer, the promotional code of $10 AUD will be sent to you via email within 2 weeks of your order being shipped to an Amazon Hub. The promotional code can be used on your next eligible purchase exceeding $39 AUD or more ("Minimum Purchase"). Simply make an eligible purchase of $39 or more and at checkout apply the promotional code set out in your email to complete your order.
The promotional code must be redeemed on or before 16 April, 2021.
The Offer is subject to a Minimum Purchase requirement: if you remove qualifying items from your Cart, so that the combined purchase value of the remaining qualifying items at checkout falls below the Minimum Purchase requirement, the Offer will cease to apply; if you cancel your order items in your order, such that the Minimum Purchase Requirement for an eligible purchase is not met, the Offer will cease to apply.
If you use our 1-Click ordering method, any promotional code will not apply to your order.
Promotional codes have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
If you return or cancel an order where the promotional code was redeemed, the promotional code value will be invalidated.
Promotional codes cannot be used on existing orders and only one promotional code can be redeemed per order.
    Amazon’s Conditions of Use apply.

    • The Offer only applies to eligible Amazon customers who have been invited by onsite marketing banner, by email or by push notification from Amazon

This is really important. Even if the landing page shows as "eligible" there's a better-than-average change that you WILL NOT get your $10.00 code in a couple of weeks if you were not part of the promotion targeting cohort.

      • Then the landing page should not say you are eligible. Mine did but I did not order as I think it unlikely I would be in the first 1000 when there were over 3000 clicks on here by the time I was ready to do it.

I'm a prime member, never used their Amazon Hub service, never made a purchase over $39 (yet) and I wasn't eligible. I think if you are eligible through this link you'll be pretty safe.

          • @Clarky77: I'm not a prime member, never used their Amazon Hub service, made lots of purchases over $39 and I eligible through this link. Strange how these things are determined.

  • +1

    Nice I got it

  • +2

    I'm eligible. (Prime Member)

    • so you don't want door to door but door to hub ?…. hand back your ozb badges.. XD

  • Targeted. Didn't get the invite.

Prime member, frequent purchases, and some recent subscribe and save stuff.

    • +16

They’re satisfied with your spending already, no need to invest on you :D

      • That's exactly it.

      • +3

I've spent easily $1K+ since ~November (multiple orders) and got the offer.

        • +1

Same. Frequent purchases, min spent 1K per month and still got the offer (no invite but it says I'm eligible on the page)

        • The algorithm works in mysterious ways

  • +4

Wow I got a promotion for once. Heavy user, maybe they want me to stop buying single items all the time.

    • +25

Classic- that's me too! Last year I ordered individual packs of Tim Tams and sent them to work clients with a little thank you note. $2.50 posted per gift was awesome and made lots of people happy as they had their Tim Tam with a cuppa :)

      • +1

        This is a great idea!

      • what a great idea! love it!

      • +3

Now that's getting your money's worth from Prime!

      • +4

Breaking News: Tim Tam causing global warming

      • +2

Nice idea but this just drives up costs for Amazon and we all pay for it in the end.

    • +3

I did that for 2 weeks buying 1 x $1 packet of 2 minute noodles each day. Post lady after the first week asked me what I was buying, opened the box and she cracked up laughing.

      • I bought a whole bunch of stuff one after another on the same night, they didn’t consolidate any of them and I ended up getting something like 8 individual boxes from Amazon.

      • Why? Seems wasteful to me.

  • +1

Good news, you are eligible for this
offer: Earn a $10 promo code for ….

  • +1

    I'm eligible also. Thanks OP

    • Pleasure!

  • +2

    thanks, I'm eligible & prime.

    • +6

      Is that your pickup line?

      • +3

"Hey baby, I've got a $10 Amazon voucher. What can I get you? Before 16 April, 2021."

        • "Hey baby, I'm Primed and eligible for $10 off all the protection we'll use when you come back to my place."

  • I didn't see no banner as mentioned by a few users but shows eligible clicking on your provided link.

  • Link said I'm eligible but checkout didn't show discount.

    • +2

It's not a discount per se- it's a promo code you will get after spending the amount (see instructions above).

      • +1

Ahh thanks. That's what I get for skim reading and missing "future".

    • +1

it's credit mate. So you won't get a discount, you'll get a $10 balance added to your account

  • +1

    I'm eligible. Nice.

    Thanks a lot OP.

  • +1

    Thanks! Targeted for once :D

Was just about to pull the trigger on Persona 5 Strikers too, will happily waddle up the road for a $10 bonus credit :)

  • it states shipped and sold by amazon - how do you read that ? some items are shipped by amazon sold by a third party and others shipped AND sold by amazon

does the seller have to be Amazon ?

    • +1

yea, from the descriptions steps looks like the seller has to be Amazon AU

  • Tried to order a laptop from Amazon US, wouldn't let me deliver to an Amazon AU Hub…

  • +1

    Nice! Thank you!

  • +1

Thanks OP! Eligible, not a Prime member

Hmmm only valid for the first 1000 customers to claim the offer

    • +2

There’s no counter for this though, unfortunate.

    • And 3695 clicks.

  • No luck

    • If you navigate to the page in OP, does it say you are not eligible?

  • Thanks OP finally targeted! What to buy though

  • Does a purchase mean a single item? Or can I buy 2+ items sold by Amazon AU and have them delivered to the Hub for pickup and get the promo code?

  • +1

Haven't received any email but all my three account eligible

  • I bought way too much stuff from amazon prime and not eligble

    • +1

If you have previously placed an order to an Amazon Hub (Locker or Counter) you are not eligible for the Offer.

      • ah, no wonder. Cheers

  • The promotional code can be used on your next eligible purchase exceeding $39 AUD or more ("Minimum Purchase"). Simply make an eligible purchase of $39 or more and at checkout apply the promotional code set out in your email to complete your order.

The Offer is subject to availability and is only available to the first 1,000 eligible customers to claim the Offer

    • +1

means to get the $10 discount we have to purchase 2 $39.

  • +1

    Thanks OP!

  • Sorry, you are not eligible for this offer. Please see the terms and conditions below….. :(

  • Thanks.

  • I am eligible, but it is too much hassle for $10.

    • Same, have to spend 2x39 to get 10 off. Not really interest me.

      • and its not guaranteed that you will get it.

  • Can I pay with Giftcard balance?

    • yes

  • Can anyone provide an example of an Amazon hub? Is the locker similar to an aus post parcel locker?

    • +1

It's normally a local business like a Newsagent etc who will hold the parcels on behalf of Amazon

    • They are generally Newsagents / Lotto outlets

    • There is hub locker and hub counter.

  • Now, what to buy for 40$ 😧

  • +1

Combine this with Suncorp (use an eligible policy or create a free account, then use the rewards from their mobile app) and Cashrewards for maximum savings.

  • Anyone got their code yet?

    • +1

Nope, picked up my order on Saturday and patiently waiting now…

  • +1

I added an item to my cart (delivery was showing as by 5th of Feb) and selected an Amazon Hub Locker with Prime Expedited Shipping.
Disappointed when I noticed the email confirmation that the delivery date was bumped out to the 15th Feb.
I cancelled the order and ordered again changing the delivery address back to my place of residence and it went back to having delivery by 5th of Feb.

Anyone else notice significantly longer shipping times to Hub locker?

    • +1

Yah I did it's annoying, they are not exactly incentivising non home delivery

  • Looks like this has expired, I'm no longer getting the offer when I try and ship to an Amazon locker.

  • It's still available on my front page on Amazon. I haven't used it yet, don't have $39 to spend atm!

  • Not worth the hassle. They split my order into 3 deliveries, and need to collect within a timeframe. I need to make 2 trips to collect all. And till now haven't get any voucher yet.

  • +1

Spent the evening trying to find an item I wanted to hit the spent limit, then copped this at checkout

This item cannot be delivered to an Amazon Pickup Location

  • +2

Still haven’t received my code. Order placed on 29 jan.

    • Same. Ordered on the same day.

      • Maybe send them a message & check the status?

      • Was just thinking the same, then spotted this: Shop items shipped and sold by Amazon AU
My item was not sold by Amazon AU 🤦🏻‍♀️

  • Still waiting on my code…

  • +1

Received my code even though my order was only shipped and not sold by Amazon Au.

  • +1

Just received an email with my code

    • May I ask what dates you made your order and picked it up?

      • +1

Just saw this, I ordered 29 jan and picked up on 30 jan

    • Could you please share the email subject or sender so i can go back through my email and see if I accidentally sent it to trash?
I ordered 1 Feb, picked up around 3 or 4 Feb.

      • +2

Yep! Email subject is “Amazon Hub: Your $10 promo code” and the body is “Your $10 promo code. You have participated in the offer "First order to an Amazon Hub", here is your $10 promo code.” Sender is [email protected]

  • Order placed on the 15th and received the code today. However wouldn't use this if it's not for the promo, much easier to have it delivered directly to home.

  • +1

I got my code, and I picked up on the 18th
