Found this offer on their website under the monthly rewards (January offers). Download the app, create an account ( existing members need to create another account as per the T&Cs below). We just had 2 short stacks for $2 and the pancakes were good. Please note that you must have the most up to date app.

How to get the offer:
Our 4 lovely offers are available exclusively to Lovely Rewards members.

Redeeming is easy:
1. Download our NEW Lovely Rewards smartphone app
2. Select ‘Create Account’ and enter your mobile number (existing Lovely Rewards members will still have to create a new app account)
3. Once you’ve entered your 4-digit verification code, head to the ‘Bonus Offers’ section, click one of the four December offers below, and scan the offer barcode at the payment counter on your way out! Easy peasy.

T&Cs:
Offers are valid for duration of January 2020. Offer can be redeemed at any of our 10 open Pancake Parlour restaurants. Each offer is available once per day. Only one (1) discounted offer can be redeemed per member account, per day. To redeem a discounted offer, you scan the offer barcode on the ‘Bonus Offers’ section of your Lovely Rewards app. Offer available dine-in and takeaway. Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer provided by The Pancake Parlour. Offer is not available via UberEATS or Deliveroo. Breakfast items are only available til 5pm.

    Thats weird, once i downloaded the app I chose the Location anf then found the offer under the Rewards > Bonus offers.

        Its not mentioned in the T&Cs but I reckon thats why.

    If you could, try to update the app and use a different phone number if you got a second one. Then check the Bonus Offers tab and hopefully it works for you.

  How is the pancake parlor related to the other pancake outlets such as pancakes at the rocks, who also use the same logo of the pancake lady?

    I have eaten at both and seriously the rocks is far inferior quality .

  Doesn't work, cant see how it would for existing members, but told the server and got the $1 short stack anyway.

  And dont forget over 30 degrees hot cakes become $5.
