I see a surcharge of 1.05 to 1.5 for every item other than regular garlic bread..

It worked for me, bought this when it got posted on Markdowns however most items had a surcharge that resulted in the side totaling around $2.50 (besides the initial garlic bread)

I went and picked up my order, only to find a sign saying "manager's special" advertising every side for $2.50 (what I paid for each side on the app) so..
