Everything in Colorado Store Marked Down to $10, received an email this afternoon and all letover stock is marked down to $10, only limited range left and all the Denim is gone but still some shorts, shoes & shirts still available. Email says that site will be closed before Christmas just like all the stores were earlier this year

A few days later, my own case of wine showed as delivered, but never was. They never did find my wine - expect someone is having a great Christmas. I am now trying to recover my payment, but since it was part paid through a group buy site, this is getting harder & harder.
Based on my experience, the tracking system can not be trusted beyond the parcel has been lodged. Seems AP is too busy to deliver to the right person!
I just hope my 2 Colorado deliveries make it!!First (of 2) shipment arrived & signed for. 2 parcels - only 10 of the 12 items ordered. But 2 cargo pants short of the full order (CARGO PANT 117911326 Nero). All fitted perfectly, great quality & I just want to wear them all the time the pants, shorts & shirts are so comfy.
Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy!Received 100% of second consignment this morning - Polos, Shorts & shirts (ordered 16/12). Both were delivered by regular Australia Post staff, not the "Christmas Casuals" who got the last deliveries wrong.

let's just say that Australia Post is terrible. They keep delivering my mail to the wrong address - it's the right street and number, wrong bloody suburb. Also been waiting on a parcel from Amazon UK that was bought on the 22nd of November, still hasn't arrived…

Thanks MarteeDee for the post, I managed to buy a couple of items…I ordered on the morning of 16th Dec, got the despatch email on 20th Dec, got the missed parcel note in the mailbox last night and picked up from AusPost this morning. I just got the standard shipping so I'm really pleasantly surprised it arrived before Xmas.
I must say lots of people seem to have issues with AusPost but with all my online orders they've been really fast, Amazon UK usually gets to me within a week, 1.5 weeks at most and they haven't lost anything of mine yet.
I got my parcel today. But out of 10 items, there are only 3 items in it.

I got my order. No tracking though. I am happy. Some stuff missing. 2 order combined together so hard to work out which one is which.
I placed 2 orders. But got one with less than half items with no explanation or timeline for rest of the items. Hope they are going to send it.
Just got mine. All my order is here, I only ordered 6 items. I am quite happy with the quality of clothes and shoes, and wondering how they ended their business.

The 7 Polo shirts I ordered were all delivered just now, very happy with the quality.
I will note that they came in two bags, so there's hope for you guys who haven't got everything. Maybe the Courier has a bag separated from the main shipment?
No - the labels on parcels show how many parcels are in a consignment (eg Parcel 2 of 2), and the items are listed on the manifest in one of those parcels. So people are receiving short consignments.

Got mine today (all in a single order).
There are 4 items missing from 21 items ordered.
No other postage tracking available - according to Australia Post everything has been delivered & my credit card had been charged for 21 items.I hope I get them fingers crossed!

I got only 3 items out of 10. I dont know, if the post person gave only one package out of 2 or there was only one package.
Check the tracking system. It should show how many packages you should receive.
How do you track the item. I recieved the consignment number but it keep on saying exceeded charcater limit.
Just enter on the Aust Post website.

rack - If you copy Consignment Number to AP tracking, beware the space character at the end! Says exceeded charcater limit. Delete the space! Tracking only seems to become active around delivery time.
Got mine today. I'm also missing a lot of stuff. Only received 60% of my order and it says 2/2 packages.
Funnily enough, I also got an invoice for someone else's stuff. =/Orders getting all mixed up?
Nope, I got my items, none of theirs. Just got their invoice sheet.
And reading their auto-reply email it seems that they've oversold some stuff and will be issuing refunds for ones that can't be completed. I guess this is going to happen to me.I got 5 out of 6 items in 3 packages.

I just got all of my items (8pcs). Very happy….just in time right before christmas. Actually Auspost tracking system doesn't work properly. See my prev comment page 2. I used standard shipping.
I got 15/18 for Volare. Attached packing list is correct. 3 pairs of shoes & 1 pair of cargo pants still undelivered by Colorado. I tried to contact their hotline but nobody's answering their phone… :(
If you received a partial order that is all you are going to get.

I emailed them 3 days ago and they got back to me today. I guess they are going to fill as many orders as possible and just refund the balance.

Australia Post came round with the parcel on Friday last week but I was at work, left a card for me to pick up from the local post office.
My mom just picked up the parcel this morning, goodies waiting for me when I get home!

I asked why my order was short 2 cargo pants, as there was plenty of stock showing the morning after I ordered. Colorado's response…

All the shirts/polo's I got in size small are way too long and a little big around the waist.
The jeans and cargo pants fit perfectly around my waist but are also too long and too loose around the thighs.
The Volare shoes are just a bit too tight, in regards to both narrowness and length.
The Vulcan shoes are perfect and I am quite enjoying them.
I also did not get an extra size up for the shoes and chose the size I originally wear.
Not complaining as I should be able to resell them for $10. Or I might simply donate them.

they told me they are refunding my whole order…ordered on the 16/12/2011 at 2am in the morning. did anyone orderd after me and got their items? i orderd Volares 10.5. a polo shirt and a pair of shorts.

Depends on the sizes, but plenty of Polos (but not all sizes) right to the very last on 16th. I received a stack of Polos I ordered long after 2am! Seems their order system is stuffed, but they won't do anything - they've gone broke.Colorado's response about their ordering system:

Thats why I posted the responses. I complained about not getting 2 cargo pants, but did not expect they could do anything. Still I got 22 out of 24 items (shirts, shorts, pants) - set up for years in new clothes. Only unwrapped 7 to use, rest are stored in plastic. Only clothes I bought this year.
That's fair enough. It's a shame for those who missed out, mind you it's also in large part due to those selfish enough to buy large quantities, depriving those of us who are legitimate customers from getting what we'd like.

HOWEVER, on 1Dec I received 3 parcels from Australia Post - none were for me!!
I was not asked to sign - they just dumped it at my door & ran!
Alcohol must be signed for & can not be delivered to under 18's. They didn't check.
I made them come back & pick up the other person's case of wine etc.
I may be crazy, but thought how disappointed I would be to lose my alcohol at Chrissie!
