From the reviews I've read, this is a particularly bad product. Has lots of software bugs which Samsung is unable to fix. Explains why it is being discounted.

I have the model prior to this and am very happy - with the exception of the single tuner. I believe this model has the twin tuner.
I did a quick google search on reviews and they seemed more favourable than not.

  The reviews by journalists are positive, but the ones from people that actually own the unit and use it everyday are less than glowing (eg reviews on amazon.co.uk). I really like the idea of what this unit can do, and have been tempted to buy one in the past. Just a pity it's a bit of a lemon. Samsung could have made it so much better.
  Anyway, this deal is not a bargain as it can be bought cheaper elsewhere, so negative vote from me.
