    Pretty pissed off at ShopBack with the Boxing Day uniqlo offer.

    Every other ShopBack transaction has tracked fine. And have religiously used only the app, no extra codes, paid with normal card, no ad block, fresh cart, checkout complete in less than 15min.

    Made a decent sized order to get the max cashback and the extra challenge offer.

    1. Shop didn’t track (have already received order)

    2. Missed out on the limited bonus offer as didn’t track ( this was what pushed off to actually placing order in first place)!

    3. Missing cashback investigation still pending despite click being tracked, and proof of purchase forwarded.

    I got this offer on my app too but I'd personally rather save up on delivery and uber surcharges than buying on online delivery (aka pickup or order at restaurant itself than on ubereats/Menulog/deliveroo etc)

        It happened to me with the $10 eBay bonus. Received email tracking but then in the app it disappeared. Classic SB.
