Changing colours is not "individually addressable".
@ash2000: changing colours on different LEDs at the same time is not the same as all the LEDs changing colour together.
Can you specify a product that does this without being individually addressable?
@bargaino: The OPs product can turn different segments different colours, as well as on and off. But it can turn an individual led on and off (ie turn 99 lights off, leave one on).
This product can do that, but it ain't cheap!
