  • Too cheap for it to work

    • +1
      • 87w PD?

Also need to factor in delivery

    • I bought a smaller one on eBay for $14. It worked twice and then stopped working. No HDMI signal. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

      • can last twice is longer than the $14 one.

I used at least 8 of usb-c hub, the cheapest that it still working is around $60.

  • Will this work with the new Chromecast?

I've tried a couple, and either it didn't deliver enough power to power the CC, or it wouldn't read my USB hard drives.

    • try and report back, if it doesn't work, Amazon will take care of returning and refund

      • Yeah may as well, don't have much to lose.

Either this or buy a $50 which I've been told works.

I'll grab it and see. No Ethernet port in this one though sadly, but should be fine.

      • I regret to advise that it does not work.

I even bought a 65w USB-C power supply as I thought maybe it wasn't drawing enough power, but it just simply won't read my usb hard drive nor my usb stick.

  • Anyone know if we lower the resolution to 2k can it support 60hz or higher?

    • In case, anyone wondering, this is working at 60hz if set to 2k

  • I have a need for a dock that I can run two monitors from (can use HDMI/DP/USB C) - is this a thing that I'll get at all cheaply?

  • Any recommendations on a USB C hub just for basic USB and SD reader?
