  Please vegan is for your health, don't eat MSG and other mixture of chemicals in the form of vegan label; I tried "Lord" once will never try again!

  Just mash boiled potatoes, and chickpeas, make a dough with your choice of herbs, and use pan to make nuggets. Now you can use it with any bread you like.

    I dont know why youre getting downvoted (well i do) but youre right in criticising a lot of vegan food for being unhealthy and lets face it outright disgusting. Lord of the fries has such a synthetic taste and their chips are downright sad.

      I am now very much used to it. Rather than a healthy discussion, they prefer to use downvote, which is just a click away. Now you see why facebook does not have downvote button :)

      All I tried saying that vegan is great but not with any msg, or artificial ingredients.
