WARRANTY ON PRODUCT

All product sold by OYT Pty Ltd comes with a full 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.

If you have a warranty claim, you can send the product back for any repair work directly to the manufacturer’s authorised service centre, the retailer, or the original supplier of the goods to the retailer.

It is important to note that only manufacturer’s faults are covered by the warranty. Warranties do not cover any type of physical damage to goods, including water damage, or any damage caused through negligence. OYT do not issue credit notes or refunds for customer change of mind.

If the product fails in the first 14 days, it is deemed to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) and the product will be swapped out for a replacement unit, should one be available or replaced with a suitable alternate option or a full refund will be granted. Again, this only covers failed units within this period of time and not change of mind.
