Spend $100 & Get 5400 Everyday Rewards Points at Woolworths

880

Most likely targeted. However, 5400 pts is equivalent to 27% off which is a fantastic deal given its modest spending requirement.

Ensure offer is activated at least 2 hours prior to shopping.

Don't forget to stack with x% off wish gift card offers.

  • +1

$50 a week for two weeks, 6000 points

    • +1

30% off, not bad. Stack with wish gift cards, or 10% cards bought with zip n tap, even better.

    • +4

      3000 points for me lol

I don't get out of bed for less than 5K.

      • I haven’t scan my rewards card since 30Sep.
        This might be the trick.

    • Seems like the best one here.

  • I havent seen these single week offers in a while, usually 2-4 week promotions.

  • +1

    Mine is 8000 points for 2 x $100 over 2 weeks.

    • +1

Yep, this is what I have.

    • Same here, not too bad.

      • What’s with the neg vote? Doesn’t seem justified.

      • So why the Neg?

  • +5

Wow what a stich up mine is by comparison. 1600 points for $245 spend

    • +6

I got 10,000 points by spending $150 per week for 2 weeks. We rarely spend $150 at Woolies, probably $100 per week. They're trying to push me to buy more, but it's not going to work.

  • nothing for me…

but i got 7200 flybuy points this tuesday to friday if spending $180 at coles and another 7200 points from sat to next tuesday if spending $180.

Just get a chest freezer and stock up on meat and ice cream.

    • +1

Shop Friday night after 8 and you might get both bonuses at once. Works for me.

      • +1

Coles hack? Damn I just did the $150 for Friday and for the Saturday offer

      • +1

Plus if you're shopping after 8pm, you're more likely to get markdowns :)

      • +1

Correct. I've had this happen to me.
        Wed-Fri spend
Plus same deal for sat-Mon spend.

Took the next day to get logged onto flybuys account and i got both points for the same spend

        • -1

What time did you do the shopping?

  • 12000 points for 2x200 spend here

  • +2

8000 for 2x $100 weeks last time and now 6000 for $100 next week.
Meanwhile Coles is asking $245 spend for 4 weeks in a row, they can have a Christmas holiday in this household 🙂

  • From Woolworths

    $160 get code 21/12 for $15
    $250 get code 21/12 for $25

  • mine's $90 for 1600 points…

  • 5400 points for $100. Will do.

  • Nothing for me :(

    • +3

:O bummer. Have you checked the reward app? I didn't get any emails but still found the offer in app.

      • Don't have it, usually wait for the emails.

Will look into whether worth installing it.

        • If you install the app on your phone and sign into your Everyday Rewards account by late December (sorry, don’t remember the exact date), you should get 1000 bonus points.

          • @WookieMonster: Just did it and got nothing…

            • +2

@mrvaluepack: It usually takes a few days (occasionally, quite a few days) for bonus points from these kinds of bonus points offers (i.e. sign into xyz app to get x bonus points) to land in your account.

Next time I’m at Woolies, I’ll take a photo of the sign I saw so you can follow it up with Everyday Rewards if the points still haven’t showed up after a number of days.

            • @mrvaluepack: This is the promotion I was referring to. If the points don’t show up after seven business days, contact the Everyday Rewards team.

              • @WookieMonster: Ok, thanks. Is this national though? Or state specific? I'm in VIC.

                • @mrvaluepack: The sign says NAT (i.e. national) at the top of the right arm of the tag, so I believe it is a national promotion.

      • This happened to me. During the first lockdown I didn't get any emails and thought it was related to that. A month ago I downloaded the app and I still don't get emails but offers come through the app

  • I got $150 a week for 2 weeks to get 10k points.

Will come close just by normal shopping, but not brilliant.

  • +1

$255 per week for 1600 points, 2 weeks.

Yes I have a bunch of kids who don't stop eating and usual weekly spend is just below this.

  • +1

The good thing is that it can be with one or more shops for this offer.

  • +1

As someone who spends $500 a week at Woolworths (!!) we got 10x points instead

    • You spend the most so get the least, of course!

  • 90/week for 800 points…

  • +11

As someone who hasn't shopped at Woolies since 4th sept for $31.99
As a single guy, who lives alone, who only shops at Woolies for basic bread/milk or pick up something for dinner on way home from work…

    COLLECT UP TO 14700 points.

Bloody beauty I think to myself.

    Till I read further….

Collect up to 14700 points Collect 4400 points each week when you spend $245 in one or more shops in-store or online at Woolworths during weeks 1 & 2 and unlock a 5900 points boost in week 3. Starts Monday, 07 December*

I think woolies algorithms might be faulty. I've never ever spent over $100 at Woolies, and could never spend $245 of food or shopping in a week, let alone 3.

(Granted, if I cut out the takeaways and cooked at home every night, I probably could do $80 a week)

    • +5

Holyshat, that's the craziest spending requirement I've ever heard of lol

    • +1

Upvoted just for the way you started that story. Literally had a small chuckle.

    • Buy the most expensive item at woolies($249 Optus Samsung Galaxy A21s according to online search).

    • +1

Went back and checked the past 'deals' and found this one, of which I didn't shop at Woolies at all, (not since beginning Sept as referenced above) thanks to alot of great Coles deals lately…..

      "Collect up to 6300 points

Collect up to 6300 points Collect 1800 points each week when you spend $220 in one or more shops in-store or online at Woolworths during weeks 1 & 2 and unlock a 2700 points boost in week 3. Starts Monday, 09 November"

So, $9 of points for a $220 spend…and when I didn't shop at all, the Woolies algorithms thought I'd do a $245 shop

      No Woolies, just No.

  • Nothing in my app :(

    • I dont seem to get any offeres either. Have had some flybuys offers this year but none from everyday rewards… I have hardly shopped at woolies, maybe thats why?

edit: I did get an offer to go paperless receipts however!

  • 600 points for spending $60 :(

  • Mine is $100 for 1800 points

  • "Spend $100 in one or more shops." Does that mean you can do 2 $50 shops and still get the 5400 points? That's how I understand it.

    • +1

2 more than 1 so yes. 1 is equal to 1 so that's ok too. if you meet the spend in less than 1 shop though, then you don't qualify.

    • +2

Do 100 shops of $1 if you like, still has to be all in the one week though.
Just be wary of your spend, if you spend $60 (instead of $50 say) in one shop remember to only spend $40 in the other or your minimum spend will skyrocket.

  • I got a 16,000 points on 3x$200 weekly spends.

  • Someone has probably asked this but can we use Wish Gift cards to buy another gift card say… Google Play store gift card?

    • +5

Nope, it used to worked but system was patched about 2 years ago.

  • Mine is spend $50 each week for 2 weeks for 6000 pts
my other card is spend $100 for 5400 pts

    • That's the best one on here.

  • 5x points for me, no minimum spend.

  • +1

I wonder if your preference for reward points (Woolies reward vs Qantas vs save for Christmas) has anything to do with the offer (along with spending history)?

    • +1

Out of 4 offers on family accounts the best one (25% off) was on the one linked to Qantas.

  • 3 x points on 2 cards
Spend $200 for 2 weeks for 10,000 points on 1 card
And….spend $30 for 2 weeks for 900 points on another

  • $60/week for two weeks, to receive…
    a meager 1200 points.

  • Does purchasing gift cards count towards spend $100? I know Coles does.

    • +2

Pretty sure Cole's doesn't as I have tried several different types of cards before and none of which worked.

      Same for woolworths.

      • Thanks for reply, I saw comments on coles deals saying they counted towards the point boost spendings, have not verified myself, will link if I can find the comments.

        • +1

It definitely doesn’t for both stores

    • +3

I’m fairly sure purchasing gift cards at Coles does not count towards any spend requirements for bonus points offers. (At least it has never worked for me…)

However, there has been at least one report of Swap Celebration gift cards at Woolworths counting towards the spend requirement of a bonus points offer. It may not be a one-off though, as I purchased $200 in Ultimate gift cards at Big W a couple of weeks ago and it triggered a 1000 bonus points with $50 spend offer I randomly activated on my Everyday Rewards account, although the 1000 bonus points only showed up a couple of days later.

I’m not suggesting all gift cards sold at Woolworths will count (e.g. I doubt the purchase of a WISH gift card would count towards the spend requirement, otherwise everyone and their dog would rush out and buy WISH gift cards every time they received a bonus points offer). It will be interesting to see if the discounted TCN cards on sale at Woolworths later this week will count…

      • I also bought swap gc with bonus offer, will report back.

        • Hey Meovel, wondering if you have got the bonus points with SWAP?

          • @MadMaxBargainRoad: No I didn't
Actually just checked I now have 2000 more points although it's not in Activity.

            • @Meovel: Wow interesting, thanks. How long did it take after said purchase to trigger the points if you don't mind me asking?

              • +1

@MadMaxBargainRoad: The 2000 bonus from offer loaded a few days after, the spending points I checked today and transaced on 4th.

      • +1

It still works. I bought Swap cards and week one shop is ticked in green in the App after 1 day(now), meaning completed. I did this across 4 rewards cards that have "spend X each week earn Y pts offers" in Saturday Zip Tap&Pay shop.

  • Sigh… I got spend 110 for next two weeks to get 5k pt

  • Where do you guys check for these targeted offers please? I don't get any emails from them. I do have both apps installed.
Edit - found it on the rewards app. Just spend $125 today so probably not gonna get this offer now. :(

  • +2

    3 different cards, 3 different offers…

    1 - $90 a week for 2 weeks ($180), 4500 points ($22.50 worth), equal to a 12.5% saving

    2 - $100 a week for 2 weeks ($200), get 8000 points ($40 worth), equal to a 20% saving

    3 - $200 a week for 2 weeks ($400), get 12000 points ($60 worth), equal to a 15% saving

  • What do you generally buy from Woolies to meet the required spend? Conscious of the fact that you would only buy the stuff which is either at a discount in the current week or (if not, then) generally not at a big discount frequently.

    • Top up on household essentials like tissues, bleach and non perishable food

    • If you need nappies then very easy to reach the spending required

      • Gift card purchases from store aren't considered in spend.. right?

        • Nope

        • But see comment above from WookieMonster.

  • 5400 pts is equivalent to 27%

I'm trying to get my head around it. How much is 1000 points worth?

    • +1

      1000 points = $5
      2000 points = $10
      etc

  • best offer i got was 1x $150 spend for 4400 points ..

  • where can I see these deals? is there an app I need to download? thanks

  • Anyone notice they're offering clearance bread the next day not chucking it?
