In theory you can get any game you want with a cabinet and emulator. This seems to be a pretty expensive way to get 2 games.

Unsure of the board but if you were to retrofit it with a MAME board then sure.
But then paying $699+Post to only gut it and retrofit is rather pricey when you can buy machines out of the box ready for that purpose.
Where can you get these Out-Of-Box-Ready machines?
Aldi had the Rampage, Asteroids, and Street Fighter ones for $499 a few years ago. I watched them sit in my local store and managed to snap one up for $200. Put a Raspberry Pi and some USB adapters to use the arcade control and an LCD converter board from eBay. ETA Prime has a good video on YouTube.
Great case value at $200 for sure. I would but at that every day of the week. Pi, PC or 60 in 1 Jamma would be good.
And they're only 3/4 size machines with 17" screen :(
