It is not the Pro version either, it is the basic RN9 with NFC, not the one the OP has listed. The Pro version has better chip, more ram, better camera, etc..

Banggood App does not charge GST for whatever reason and they come through customs fine. I recently purchased some Blitzwolf Solar RGB Garden Lights via App. Took 1 week to arrive.
When you check out it says "GST incl"
