Never had any problems claiming warranty in first year. Actually never really needed to claim warranty with any apple product I have had so far.
There is a reason why the genius Bar is always packed, even high quality products have a fixed failure rate. Kogan support is almost useless too.

You mean 5 genius bars for 5 mln people in Melbourne, perhaps 1/3 of which use some sort of Apple product, is not enough?
Wasn’t a personal attack, just a notification to be aware of. Personally I’ve had very good experience with Apple support in store and online.
