      funny you should say that-the only time Luna Park has been in the news recently was because the local residents were complaining of the noise level and trying to reduce the operating hours or removing certain rides

        Lol having lived next to it, I can tell you that residents complaining hasn't been recent - it's been going on for years. Also, LP was under major financial strife couple years back and was in fact about to shut down. They're not doing too well now either so I wouldn't rule it out. Sharp asks a good question.
