I think somehow you have been marked as a "Rep" of Redroom DVD. Might be because you have clicked on "I am a Store Representative" when you first submitted the deal. Do you work for them?

Hi Rep, is there a reason why movies borrowed from the Newfarm store (QLD) can only be returned to the same store? (Yes I know that the cds from that store have a different barcode)
