I haven't but I'm thinking of giving the 100 day trial a go. Art & Science, Emma and Sleeping Duck all got high ratings on Choice. Art & Science is the cheapest but Emma is the only medium firm one, the other 2 are soft. Emma is also made in Germany and the others are made in China.
I tried Emma. I did not mind it and thought it was good for the value, but my wife did not like it. She found it uneven and lacking in support. We tried it based on the CHOICE reviews.
They had a fairly easy return process so you can give it a go. I organised it all via email.

What did you end up replacing it with, as we have just received an Emma (after reading Choice as well), and my wife isn't 100% on it either.
We returned our Emma mattress too. Was too firm for us and the mattress was wider than our old queen mattress, so it went on top of the side lips of our bed frame, which our old mattress sits between.
I trust anything made in Germany, though this seemed to lack quality a little. Not to say it’s not good. It says it is able to be slept on after two hours but it took about two days to fully become flat and all the kinks to come out.
But having said that, it only had a very minor smell with I was pleased about and it wasn’t as uncomfortable as I expected given it’s on the firm side. We’re back to sleeping on our 10yr old buggered coil mattress.
Yes. mine seems wider than the frame too!
But - it fits snugly and is okay for now.

I'm thinking of buying this because of the choice recommendation and good reviews. Can you please comment on how good/bad is the edge support and if you find the mattress hot during warm nights.
Definitely soft on the edges when sitting on them but seems fine when lying on the bed. And no it hasn't felt hot on warm nights.
Who is Emma? Anyone tried Emma? On what factors you have been rated high with Choice? Can we read the choice review? There are plethora of in a box mattress providers, what makes Emma special?
