Don’t think it’s a price error. Would’ve bought it if I don’t have mine already.
Down from $18.00. Currently $17.00 @ Skycomp.

if this fail and my camera fall, it cost much more to replace my camera
So….. you’re going to buy a tripod that costs more than your camera so if it falls it will be ok….
I mean I would spend more to buy a more sturdy tripod to avoid getting my camera fall.
Velbon UT 43D II Aluminum Travel Tripod with Ball Head
Had it with me all around Europe last year. Its extremely compact and well built. Pricey but worth it.
I would highly recommend against a cheap tripod like this because they are unlikely to be stable which means they won't be good at keeping your camera still when you are taking photos and there is a chance that your camera will fall.
that is what i mean
I had the same tripod in a very windy conditions (with only one section extended) with a medium sized APS-C DSLR with a medium sized lens.
No dramas at all.
Yes, I have proper tripods but I left them home so had to use this one.
If it was $6.60 delivered I would get one.
Chuck it in a plastic bin and let it rest till I need it.
Wouldn't mount a camera to it, but perfect for VR lighthouses :P
These bend/break easy
just picked one up - it's hilariously inadequate - this would be like a "my first tripod" for toddlers - it looks the part but it's flimsy, and doesn't lock into place very well.
I'm mounting an external mic on mine so it's okay - definitely would not put a camera on this.
