Don’t order veggies and fruit. Last time I ordered, they gave me all these rotten beans, broccoli and pumpkins. I order some meat and they expired in two days. Order 3x2 litre milk and three bottles expired in 4 days. Called them and they promised to refund but did nothing. Don’t bother to chase up. I just buy fresh items from Coles or Aldi. It is frustrating to order these items online and they go straight to the bin. Happened just recently with their online orders.

    • You can make comments on items such as 'latest best before date please', etc. I sometimes get something that expires in 2 days, but most of the time this has been ok. It is frustrating when it happens though, I won't buy fresh items in bulk just in case.

There's a bot you can deal with called Olive on the WW Online website which automates the refunds process if you have issues. Very easy to deal with unlike Coles Online where you have to call or text them if something is wrong.

    • I have purchased a lot of fruit, veg and meat online at Colesworth and only rarely have not been happy with the freshness or best before date.
