Damn, thats a large pad, Dont think it will fit on one of my computer desks, might over hang on the largest desk i have.. I havent used these large pads before, whats the advantage of a pad that also holds the keyboard and speakers etc as opposed to just a mouse pad for the mouse?
I've never used one either but I guess you get a lot of mouse room + your keyboard fits on it and doesn't slide.

I read some reviews on large mousepads, apparently predominantly the advantage is for FPS gamers who game for a long time. They reduce the mouse sensitivity and instead of using the wrist to move the mouse you end up using the arm and shoulders (so better ergonomically / OH&S) plus you can get more accuracy and with the large size pad the mouse can move over a much larger range and hence even with low sensitivity you can make 180 degree turns etc.
Tempted to try it out but i regret missing the other ones that came up yesterday for half the price.
I got this XL pad for my man cave after saving up all of my good boy points. It's solved all of my problems with females. They dare not enter into my fortress of solitude now that I have this impressive piece of gamer tech.

Is the quality really that much better for this mouse pad to supposedly sell for $50-60? Compared to similar products at $30-35?
