Hi folks
Busy time! Lots of requests for an Intel deal so we have worked with Asus and Galax in obtaining October stock for these systems. Obviously the key component is the RTX 3080 and they are on schedule for October delivery.
The GPU is the Galax SG 3080, a really nice card by all reports. Same as with the Gigabyte cards for the AMD systems, this is strictly first come, first served and limited in quantity. We are working on more stock for November and will likely add the other month/s' GPUs in to the system builder when confirmed available.
We can't swap any existing orders for other brand cards into these Galax cards - they have been reserved for this Intel deal only.
We're working on an i9 deal but supply isn't great.

Existing RTX 3080/3070 Order General Information
- The handful of remaining September Gigabyte orders will be getting nice little notifications in their inboxes later today 💪
- From all information from manufacturers and suppliers, we're looking great for October arrivals for Gigabyte and MSI cards within the month as scheduled. As per September cards, October systems will be built as soon as possible after they arrive, so I can't give any firm dispatch dates just yet, although I know you want me to.
- We expect RTX 3080s generally to be in very short supply until Q1 2021, with timelines generally around the month mark from national shipment to national shipment. If you're holding out for anyone to offer a Black Friday 3080 deal, either system or card wise, I personally would be getting in the queue instead, put it that way.
- If you're waiting for RTX 3070, NVIDIA announced last week they're delaying until the end of October to ensure better stock at launch. Whether this eventuates or not we have no visibility right now, but we will be offering deals after they launch.
AMD Zen 3 Launch
- We are awaiting official Australian pricing (not just currency conversions) and applicable pre-order dates (if any) for AMD Zen 3 chips. They will be officially available in early November but supply will be extremely limited early on. We know there will be a price rise over the current gen.
- Existing Zen 2 orders will have the opportunity to upgrade if they want to, but until we know pricing and quantities, we can't offer it yet. We will also be offering dedicated Zen 3 deals when we know launch details.
Cheers
Luke
Intel had better gaming performance and is a bit more expensive.
However at 4k the performance gap between them is smaller than if you are gaming at 1440p or 1080p. As the higher the resolution the more gpu dependent it is.
