        Is the dust mite head for carpets or is there another head for carpets? Confused with the heads. Soft roller motorised head for hard surfaces?

          Dust mite head normally use for bed and sofa. You can purchase v10 combo which come soft roller motorized head and carpet motorized head.

    Hey gearbite. How about sending the outstanding items from my dreame v9p combo I bought last month? You shipped the vacuum cleaner but never the extra combo parts.

    Warning to those who want to buy, consider that I was sent only the vacuum cleaner and promised the rest to be shipped later due to no stock. How can you sell the product when I've not received the rest.

      I feel the same way, they didn't even say they'd send the hard floor head seperate, it just rocked up without the part and I had to chase them up to find out it's on backorder with the unspecified date of "October some time".

      GB rep, it would be nice to receive some ongoing status on this, even a backorder on your site with an ETA.
      Maybe you could chuck a flexible hose attachment for our troubles 😉
