They managed to mess up several photos in a batch and had strange cropping issues. This is basic stuff they couldn't get right.
The quality of their calendars was appalling. While the printing of the photos on the calendar template wasn't too bad, the template was poorly done. Very poor print quality that wasn't obvious on their design widget until you had the finished product in your hands.
When I queried them about the problems, they offered a refund for the mangled photos (big of them considering the photos were a freebie) but they didn't want to hear about the issue with their calendars. They shut down communication and ignored me.
Poor product, awful web interface (it was a couple of years back, so they may have fixed this) and poor customer service.
I'd much rather use the Big W photo service that runs through Fuji Xerox. All of the stuff I've ordered through them has been great quality (photos, magnets and photo books, but they'll get my calendars this year). They offer discounts fairly regularly and if you opt to pick your stuff up from the nearest store, you don't pay for postage.
Have also used Qoop. Quality is great, but overseas shipping can be a tad steep unless you time it for a sale.
Underwhelmed with the quality and service from Snapfish. Even at 50% off I wouldn't be burned by them again.
