      if your worried about not getting it then pay via paypal.

      if your worried about it being fake, pay for it via paypal.

      if your worried about it being faulty after use, I would assume JVC would provide a term of warranty. I think Harvey only provides 14 days replacement warranty after that you have to go back to manufacturer.

  I was told JVC was being bought out by another company (can't remember which one, from memory Sherwood?) by a staff member at Harvey Norman, after they contacted JVC for a supplier note regarding these headphones. For now, these JVC headphones have stopped in production. I got worried about warranty and replacement stuff, so I didn't purchase any JVC products ><"
