The stand is adjustable,you could adjust the stand to a correct point so that it doesn't interfere with the your wrist.Plus we provide one year warranty and will reply your issue within 24 hours.
Adjusting the angle doesn't address the issue of the bottom prongs jutting out more than other models…
If you're using something like this, I would just recommend getting a separate keyboard and mouse. That way, you can even get mechanical keyboards. But obviously this option is not appealing to everyone. Just some food for thought.

This is a far better design as you can elevate laptop up off the desk so its more in line with your eyes. Folds up to a tidy size that fits easily in laptop case.
I actually looked at getting one these recently, but had conserns that the little prongs that hold the laptop up would get in the way of your wrists when typing and using the stand.
You can see in the picture of the Macbook Air that they poke out above the wrist rest of the laptop quite a lot.
