      Thanks, saved me reading.

ARM v8 CPU means no hardware transcode with plex

  • Been keeping an eye on the price of these and am after one of the upgradeable ram models.

Anyone have any recommendations on an entry level NAS which would be good for backup, streaming to Vodafone tv, torrenting, nothing too high level ?

    • Probably anything with a x64 (Celeron J3355) or above and 2 GB of Ram should be fine if you want to run Plex on it

  • Great deal for this price. So tempted if only it had upgradeable memory option

  • I'm getting "The promotional code you entered is not valid. "
