I can't click through the Unidays website to the Lenovo website, asks me for a code

Have tried talking to the Sales Reps but they don't understand the problem and tell me to talk to Unidays

Code doesn't work if I'm just in the education store, looks like it mightonly work through the Unidays link to the education store

    It's strange - I have signed up for a Unidays account, been verified, but when I try to click through the link to the Lenovo website I get a block that asks me to enter a "passcode" (which I don't have) - then it says:
    
    "Sorry! It's not you… it's us. Please call the phone number at the top of the page and we'll fix this right away." The number is 1300 557 073 but they can't help me, pointing me back to Unidays
