I had a Horizon treadmill which lasted 15 years before it finally packed it this year. Didn't even hesitate to stick with the same brand and bought a new one 3 months ago. Love it! Not this specific model, mines the T202 though. Hope this helps.

Although the regular "discount" price is a lot higher than it use to be, so maybe it won't be discounted so heavily again? But it is a good kit. Good for tall people to run on.
Although my use has been around ~100 times since I've bought it. So as people say, the payback is slow compared to just using my local gym ($5 a visit). However it has been very worth it during this looooong lockdown. At least you can do a good run in safety (and also not get abused by people trying to get runners to wear masks).
Just buy a second hand one for a fraction of the price.

Why not? I just did on gumtree. Paid $100 by internet transfer to seller, hired ute man for $100 delivered to my home same day.
They usually end up as the expensive cloth hanger
it's can be a useful dog walker ….
My dog doesn't like it. Plus the yard or nearby parks are free. Plus they don't take up a huge chunk of space in house.

Why on earth would I buy this when the Victorian government says I can do 2 hours of free exercise outside per day? They've given us an incredible bargain.
Those who were used to outdoor exercise before lockdown don't need a treadmill.
But seriously, 2 hours of free exercise courtesy of the Victorian Government… I can't think of a better bargain.
