Used hello fresh for a week away recently and the usually relatively useless envelope of affiliate deals included this leaflet for a free seed pack. Says available to WA residents only but I have not tested it. Unsure of how much stock they have but it probably won't last long now.

There's restrictions on sending seeds in and out of WA, (not just people) so there's a good chance they won't turn up.
Why have the option for different states if locked to one?
