It well might be, I don't know currently, but my own experience about 4 years ago I bought a LG 4 something from them which broke, they replaced it with a different but reasonable phone samsung galaxy s6 or something think i got to choose between two choices, and it wasn't a hassle beyond the reasonable contact and providing proof pics.

I've had a few warranty claims with kogan without issue for much cheaper items
Still waiting on delivery of my OnePlus 7 Pro from the previous Kogan deal. Ordered 13th of August. Last tracking update was 18th August, no movement since then.
