Greetings everyone, Harvey Norman has dropped the price on the Google Nest Mini, and this makes the following bundle pretty incredible with discounts..

Add the following items to the cart to get the deal in the title:

              It's not as quick as it should be. Whether it's simple or not is ultimately their internal problem, but when their clunky processes mean customers are left wondering for days on end, with no good way to make contact, it's very poor overall.

                @watts: Agreed. When I said simple, I was kind of being sarcastic, as I don't think that they would have done anything without me contacting them multiple times.
                I have now managed to receive my items with express delivery plus an apology and explanation.

        Chromecast has now been shipped, via couriersplease. If they ship each bit separately it’ll probably cost them as much as the order value.

        A week after ordering I now have shipped notification for all 3 items.

        To be honest I’m not at all bothered by a week delay, but some proactiveness and transparency from Joyce Mayne would have gone a long way.

        In contrast, I also ordered a nest hub from TGG and they rang on the day of order to advise they had no stock of the free smart plug.

  Just got an email from JM Townsville saying:

  We have had unfortunate logistic and stock issues with the very popular Google promotion but have now resolved this. We apologise for the delay and will have your order shipped asap.

  Below that is a Toll tracking number that was created today.

  Until this point I've been patiently waiting without hassling them.

  Joyce Mayne is one of the most incompetent companies I have dealt with. Sent them a message 2 weeks ago regarding my order finally got back to me late last week saying that they are shipping 2 out of 3 of my items. Just had a call from toll about my package which was sent to Queensland instead of Victoria as there wasn't a postcode on it🙄
