It was. Lucky if you got one (or two!). I think most that did get one successfully, picked them up early. Most of the orders were cancelled and offered a $10 credit from memory.

Well I got two of these hub max and a hub small. The Max act as an indoor security camera for Nest Cam (along with 3 other outdoor Nest cameras/doorbell). The small hub in the bedroom to act as an alarm and for smart home controls as well as viewing the cameras/doorbell.
The 3 hubs work alongside 2 other minis and 4 other Chromecast audios hooked to traditional speakers to get full home synced audio…
The minis/small hub are in each bedroom to control all the lights as well as alarm clock etc.
For my tablet I prefer the iPad tbh and everything else is Google.
I much prefer the large hub for sound/video but I use them essentially the same as the small hub other than the camera which is the reason I like the large onea better.

Click on where it says bonus offer in red. Maybe contact the store and see if they can fix it
I suspect a lot of people missed the bonus offer, especially since you have to manually add it in your cart.
