I had a look at all the other items that seller is offering and none of them are silk. They seem to be the type of products you'd find in a bargain store. So, they are selling one item that is supposedly silk. Given the cheap price, lack of details, and it being a one-of-a-kind item from that seller, I'd be willing to bet that it isn't actually silk. The best test is to burn the fabric and see if it burns like a plastic or like a natural fabric.
